Discovery is the foundation. Skip it and you’ll build the wrong thing. Do it right and design and development are informed by data.

What We Audit

  • Analytics — Traffic, conversion, behavior. Where do users go? Where do they drop?
  • Content — Every page. What stays, what goes, what gets rewritten.
  • Technical — Speed, SEO, accessibility. Baseline before we build.
  • Competitors — What’s working? What’s missing? Context for differentiation.

Stakeholder Interviews

  • Goals — What does success look like? Lead volume, conversion, brand?
  • Buyers — Who are they? What do they need at each stage?
  • Pain points — What’s broken today? What frustrates users?
  • Constraints — Budget, timeline, compliance. What can’t we do?

Deliverables

  • Findings summary — What we found. What we’ll fix.
  • Content inventory — Page-by-page. Keep, revise, remove.
  • Information architecture — Proposed sitemap.
  • Success metrics — How we’ll measure. Baseline + targets.

We run discovery in every project. Start a project.
